This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information placed in the Ecophone mobile application and the web version of the Ecophone mobile application available at the address ecophone.pro (hereinafter referred to as the Application), which third parties may obtain about the user while using the Application.
Using the Application means that the User unconditionally agrees with this Policy and the terms of processing their personal data (personal information) specified herein. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User shall refrain from using the Application, its services, and facilities.

2.2.4. Determining the user's location to ensure the Application operation.
2.2.5. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
2.2.6. Providing the User with effective technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Application.
2.2. The Application processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of the user registered in the Application in order to provide the User with access to the data about them contained in the Application.
2.2.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Application.
2.2.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications regarding the use of the Application, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User.

3.1. The User's personal information is kept confidential, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access to an unlimited number of persons. When using individual services, the user agrees that a certain part of their personal information becomes publicly available.
3.2. The Application has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The User has consented to such actions.
3.3.2. The transmission is necessary for the use of a certain service by the User of for the fulfillment of a certain agreement with the User.
3.3.4. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable law under the procedure established by law.
3.3.5. In case of the Application, the acquirer shall assume all obligation to comply with the terms and conditions of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by them.
3.4. Processing of User's personal data shall be carried out without time limit by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools. Processing of User personal data is carried out in accordance with the Federal Las of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
3.5. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Application Operator shall inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
3.6. The Application Operator shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
3.2. The Application has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The User has consented to such actions.
3.3.2. The transmission is necessary for the use of a certain service by the User of for the fulfillment of a certain agreement with the User.
3.3.4. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable law under the procedure established by law.

4.1. The User is obliged to:
4.1.1. Provide information on personal data necessary for using the Application.
4.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information.
4.2. The Application Operator shall:
4.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
4.2.2. Ensure confidentiality of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written authorization of the User, as well as not ot sell, exchange, publish or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the user, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
4.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedures generally used to protect such information in the existing business environment.
4.2.4. Delete or block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or their legal representatives or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

4.2. The Application Operator shall:

5.1. The Application Operator who fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to unauthorized use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Application Operator shall not be liable if such confidential information:
5.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
5.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to the moment of its receipt by the Operator.
5.2.3. Has been disclosed with the consent of the User.

6.1. Before filing a lawsuit in court for disputes arising from the relations between the Application User and the Application Operator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).
6.2. Within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the Claim Recipient shall notify the Claimant in writing of the results of the review of the claim.
6.3. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Application Operator.
6.2. Within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the Claim Recipient shall notify the Claimant in writing of the results of the review of the claim.
6.3. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Application Operator.
7.1. The Application Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its publication in the Application, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
