CHILD SAFETY POLICY

The Environmental Protection Fund - ECOPHONE (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) does not tolerate sexual abuse and exploitation, as well as other forms of violence against children in any form.
The Fund's Child Safety Policy is intended to protect minors from sexual and physical abuse, as well as from psychological trauma resulting from the dissemination of such content.

With this principle in mind, content covered by the Child Safety Policy is any content that contains materials with scenes of sexual exploitation of children, physical abuse of children and materials with scenes of physical resolution of quarrels between minors, materials that depict or promote the sexual exploitation of children. Such content may include real materials, texts, illustrations, and computer-generated materials, including those created by generative AI.

The EcoPhone application provides for a mandatory moderation stage for all content posted by users. Any content, violating the Fund's Child Safety Policy will be deleted and the user will be blocked.

The Fund complies with the legislative norms of the Russian Federation, as well as ratified international agreements, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989.
